I didn't count points for my salad neither number of servings. When I eat this salad, I use a small bowl equal 1 cup size.
I'm following now the "simply filling foods technique", which kind of replaced the former "Core" plan.
Actually I'm trying now a new experiment (for couple of months already and successfully) not to count any points at all, including weekly and activity points.
I really focus on following the 9 guidelines, eat more vegetables, lower the "bad",carbohydrates, sugar and sodium too. As long as it will continue to work for me I'll keep my "living a healthy plan"

When you use fruits (as many as you decide to use), you need to also look at the size of the fruit. Apple is 1 point for a small one (how many oz.?) Then add all the points together of all your fruits.
You can decide on your serving size by dividing the total salad into 4, 6, 8 ... servings.
Divide the total points by the number of servings you want it to be and you'll get the points for one serving.
I hope I'm clear enough....
Good luck and enjoy the salad. Very refreshing.
My husband just finished the salad so I'll make a new one tomorrow.

FRUIT SALAD WITH FRESH MINT
What a wonderful combination!
Use your creativity....Use any fruits you like.

I used:
3 Peaches, peeled, sliced
1 Mango, peeled, sliced
3 Pears, pealed, sliced
3 Apples, peeled, sliced
5 large leaves of fresh mint, washed well and chopped very fine.
I added stevia to taste (or splenda)

Mix it all together and refrigirate.

Enjoy!
