Good for you! We all slip, but having a plan to get us where we need to be is exactly on target. Wish I could think through things as well as you instead of the panic which comes with "all or nothing" syndrome which must be back there somewhere.
I have confidence you will be right back where you need to be. Listen to your body, it is telling you exactly what it needs.

Yesterday was a bad day for me in more ways than one. I may be "technically" still marshmallow free but I did buy and over indulge on some Christmas candy. (some of which had a marshmallow base to it so I guess I fell off the wagon). I paid for it BIG TIME too! Couldn't sleep much. Was extremely dehydrated, bad headache, woke up a few times with leg cramps and overall feel hung over.
Today is a new day and I'm back on plan and staying away from any and all forms of sugar. Gonna drink lots of water and eat lots of healthy fruits, veggies and homemade soup!
Good for you for all the exercise you do. Great idea to walk in WalMart, especially if it's a super store. Huge! It's cold outside.
Today is my official rest day from exercise but I'll soon go outside to collect all the brunches that fell from the trees due to very high winds. It probably will take me an hour.
How nice of you. I'm sure you delivered the whole cake.
Already had my vegetables, half of my water and whole-grains and legums.
Today will be a great day!!!

I just got back from WalMart where I went to walk inside the store. I walked 3722 steps and walked 1.409 miles. I burned 100.4 calories.

DOT121 - To not put too many demands on herself.
INKYINPA - To stop eating marshmallows.
JACKSLAW - (Unsure of goal)
ISHRIVER - Exercise 30 min a day.
MARIASPARKLE - Exercised 30 min a day.
MONGO2SIX - Stop tasting while baking.
RUMBLETIGER - Stop mindless snacking.
HUNGRYWOMAN2 - Drink more water.
BABES-R-US - 30 min of exercise/activity each day.
NELLJONES - No eating in between meals.
PERSISTENCEMIMI - Go to Curves 5 days/week.
Remember to take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. One hour at a time if you need to. Step by step. Day by day we're well on our way to a more healthy you!
It's all about PERSEVERANCE NOT PERFECTION! WE CAN DO THIS!
