DOT121 - To not put too many demands on herself.
INKYINPA - To stop eating marshmallows.
JACKSLAW - (Unsure of goal)
ISHRIVER - Exercise 30 min a day.
MARIASPARKLE - Exercised 30 min a day.
MONGO2SIX - Stop tasting while baking.
RUMBLETIGER - Stop mindless snacking.
Remember to take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. One hour at a time if you need to. Step by step. Day by day we're well on our way to a more healthy you!
