I have been getting sloppy about not eating between meals, which has been a mainstay of my maintenance. So I'll get back on to that: Three fabulous meals, nothing in between. Which I've been doing for most of 38 years.

I am trying to drink more water with less caffienated beverages. I injured myself someway and usually take my tylenol with a coke (diet). However I opted for herbal tea. (this time) Each choice is a small step for me. Trying to drink more of the plain stuff as I wean back down.

Well still having a hard time with my goal. I want the exercise but can't start till my doctors appointment. Sitting on my bike a peddling slow is still all I do since I got out of the hospital in August,
You're on what Mary? I will assume that you're ON PLAN but we're going things a little different here this week while Mimi is visiting with family. What we're doing is picking one thing that we either want to start doing or stop doing and working on just that ONE THING. So...what one thing did you want to work on from now until the end of the year?
So...how did we all do on Day 2 of our JUST FOR TODAY personal goals?
DOT121 - To not put too many demands on herself. INKYINPA - To stop eating marshmallows. JACKSLAW - (Unsure of goal) ISHRIVER - Exercise 30 min a day. MARIASPARKLE - Exercised 30 min a day. MONGO2SIX - Stop tasting while baking. RUMBLETIGER - Stop mindless snacking.
Remember to take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. One hour at a time if you need to. Step by step. Day by day we're well on our way to a more healthy you!
It's all about PERSEVERANCE NOT PERFECTION! WE CAN DO THIS!
