I was on plan yesterday and I plan on being on plan today! Thanks for this daily challenge cause yesterday I was contemplating something that would then make me not on plan. Knowing I would have to report that I decided not to so thanks for having this challenge to help keep me accountable!

For those of you who struggle with getting all your water in. I have that problem from time to time as well. Especially now since it's cooler out. I came up with a solution that works for me and thought I'd share it with y'all. First of all I take/carry a bottle of water with me EVERYWHERE I go! (I kinda feel nekid without it anymore). Second...I thought since I spend so much time in front of this computer that I would set a timer/alarm to go off every 10 min. That's my que to take a drink. I've have a really nice program I used on my computer called Atomic Alarm Clock. You can check it out at www.drive-software.com/atomicalarmcl

I've set it up so that it plays a really nice soothing sound which I've now become like Pavlov's dog. I hear it and drink. I've gotten so much water in that way! I absolutly LOVE that program!

I'll work on it all today! It's weigh in day. :)

I did well with exercise & water yesterday (I worked, so the water is much easier when I'm at work), didn't get all my fruits/veggies, and I didn't track everything. Gonna work harder at that today.

Yesterday I've stayed within my WW points. I didn't exercise and I drank 32 ounces of water.

Today I'll drink minimum of 64 ounces of water and I'll exercise.

Persistence! Not Perfection!

ON PLAN JUST FOR TODAY! emoticon

Please join our one day challenge following your own plan.

ONE DAY AT A TIME!
WE CAN DO IT! emoticon

Let's celebrate being "ON PLAN" just for TODAY! emoticon

emoticon For accountability, please post how you did the previous day.

Yesterday is history,
Tomorrow is a mystery,
Today is a gift.
That's why it is called the "present".

Not on plan just for today?
Tomorrow is a new fresh day.
Congratulations on starting over.
Forget, forgive and move on!

Accept that sometimes it’s going to suck. Despite your best intentions, there will be days when you fall into a bag of crisps. But long-term success is about persistence, not perfection. It’s picking yourself up when you fall, over and over again.

One Day at a Time

Whatever the goal we're pursuing,
no matter how rugged the climb,
we're certain to get there
by trying our best,
and taking One Day At A Time.

"Forever" is hard to imagine,
"the future" may seem far away-
but every new dawn
brings a wonderful chance
to do what we can on that day.

-Emily Matthews

........................................

START OVER

If you've started out in pursuit of your goal
And you've really tried with your heart and your soul,
but somehow things got out of control---
START OVER.

When you've tried your best to do what you should
And you thought this time that you surely would,
But once again, you didn't do good---
START OVER.

When you've worked so hard to follow a dieters way
And you fought to win a victory each day.
But one more time you went astray---
START OVER.

When you've tried so hard to yourself to be true
And do the things that you know you should do,
But once again you failed to come through---
START OVER.

When the road to success seemed much too long
And each temptation was oh so strong
And once again you gave in to wrong---
START OVER.

When you've told your friends what you planned to do
And trusted them to help you through
But soon discovered it's up to you---
START OVER.

When you know you must be physically fit,
But your hope seems gone and you're stuck in a pit
That's not the time for you to quit---
START OVER.

When the week seems long and successes few
And at weigh-in time you're feeling blue,
Remember tomorrow is just for you---
START OVER.

To start again means a victory's been won
And starting over again means a race well run
And starting over again proves it can be done
So don't just sit there---
START OVER
