i eat breakfast almost everyday. there are a few times when im back from my walk and start cleaning or something and forget to eat my breakfast but i really make an effort not to skip meals.

I eat breakfast sometimes. If I do eat it will be around 9-10am after I get to work and start going for the day. I know I need to change that and I am working on it.

I eat breakfast every day.
I try my best to include protein, fruit and whole-grains, high in Fiber.
That's why I'm not hungry.

Every day. That was one of the primary principles of WW when I did it long ago. We were taught that it is impossible to lose weight unless you eat breakfast.

I eat breakfast every day. I make sure I get in 1 dairy serving, 1 fruit/veggie serving, a grain and usually a protein with my breakfast, too. It gets some of the good health guidelines out of the way and also keeps me satisfied for quite awhile.emoticon
