The Yoga DVD's I have have warmups. When I workout with weights at the gym, I follow it up with the treadmill.

I should probably stretch before and after the walk/jog?

Regular physical activity can help prevent and control joint swelling and pain so I'm using the #835.9035 Take Control with Exercise Dvd. This is the Arthritis exercise class I attend 2/wkly working on flexibility, strengthening, aerobics, floor exercise and then relaxation. I'm getting into exercising gradually since June 2 surgery. I'm remembering to begin slowly, move at my own pace to give my muscles time to relax between each repetition and listen to my body - pain is a warning. Walking is an ideal activity to maintain overall fitness and good joint health. Are you moving.....
