Divide your dinner into two parts-eat one early and the balance of dinner later. Like make a salad for when you get home, so you can eat it right arrive and make it big, we know veggies are good for you.

My hardest part of the day is when I get home from work at 3:30 PM. I feel it's too early to eat dinner and I start eating everything in sight. I am not even thinking about what I am doing. By the time dinner rolls around at 5ish I am full but will eat something anyway. This is the habit I need to work on. Not going insane over food when I get home and eating a sensible dinner.
