Divide your dinner into two parts-eat one early and the balance of dinner later. Like make a salad for when you get home, so you can eat it right arrive and make it big, we know veggies are good for you.

Take time to laugh - it is the music of the soul. -- From an old English prayer.
My hardest part of the day is when I get home from work at 3:30 PM. I feel it's too early to eat dinner and I start eating everything in sight. I am not even thinking about what I am doing. By the time dinner rolls around at 5ish I am full but will eat something anyway. This is the habit I need to work on. Not going insane over food when I get home and eating a sensible dinner. Amy
