What are your strategies when eating out in resturants?
I was mostly shocked that the WW meals in Appelebees (in three of the meals), the fat grams were doubled and/or trippled.
Usually I order the following in resturants:
Fish or chicken, grilled, no butter, margarine or oil
Steamed broccoli, no butter, margarine or oil
Plain baked potato
Whole-wheat toasted dry
I'm happy with it, especially when I get on the scale the next day.....(...smile...)
1.I always have a ready prepared WW cake at home for dessert, after eating out.
2. I never go hungry to a resturant!
3. I drink lots of water with lemon at the resturant
