Me too. Lazy at the exercise department.
I do work in the garden every day so that's good.

Today I'll do at least 1 mile of Leslie Sansone tape.

I'll also follow all 8 health guidelines.

I'll celebrate 10 years of maintenance on July 2nd, 2014!
