I think I'm going to keep this challenge going EVERYDAY. On a typical day if I eat some veggies with dinner it is a miracle.

Just my luck my strawberries were bad but I'm going to the store tomorrow and pick up some more. I also have mini angel food cakes and cool whip lite. YUM!!

This is a great challenge for me too.
I want to replace fresh fruit for the healthy choice premium fudge bars.
Although they're only 1 WW point, I rather eat most of the time fresh fruit.
As of now, I eat one bar every evening.

In some cultures desserts do not exist at the end of a meal, and if there is a need for something sweet, it's fresh fruit. This is a great healthy habit.

Great challenge Mimi! I try to do this myself and even bought a canteloupe on Sunday to cut up for my dessert this week. I'll have to make sure I cut it up today for tonight's dessert.

serve fresh fruit as a dessert and avoid frequent eating of ice cream or cake or other high calorie foods.
