Mimi, thank you so much. I can't imagine a meal lasting 20 mins! I'd say my average meal is about 5 mins MAX!!! I eat fairly healthily, but I just wolf it down. I'll try those tips starting with dinner tonite!
One of my buddies said years ago, whenever the doorbell rang during dinner, it was her job to answer it (she sat nearest the door) and she'd have to bring her dinner plate with her or her brother would eat it! hee hee
