So far today I've had an orange and a mixture of zucchini and yellow squash at lunch.

For dinner I'm going to have at least a cups worth of cooked broccoli & cauliflower and will probably have a peach or an apple as my snack tonight.

OH--

Anyways while cooking dinner it occured to me that there is a vegetable I eat every day--onions. Every meal I make has onions in it.

Today I ate:

celery
carrots
corn
sweet red pepper
onions
diced tomatoes
zucchini
cherry tomatoes
salad with lettuce carrots snow peas & red onions

I don't have any problem with fruits and vegies--it's the dairy that I never get enough of.

I always have a "Veggie-Lovers" mixed salad at dinner every evening. Other than that I don't think there are any vegetables that I eat every day. I usually eat 4 vegetables and 3 fruits every day though--just different ones each day.

My typical lunch is a large salad from our work cafeteria where they'll add in anything that you request. I usually have kidney beans (fiber!), black olives, cucumbers and green/red peppers.

Dinner always includes at least a cup of either steamed broccoli, steamed green beans, or steamed carrots.

I usually have 2 cups of salad (lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber) for lunch.
And about 2 cups of mixed veg (carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, etc) for dinner.
And a cup of potatoes with dinner too?

I have a cup of ww soup for lunch everyday. Cabbage, tomato, carrots, zucchini, green beans, onion and I can't remember what else. Then I have a serving of some other veg for dinner. Broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, beats, or whatever.
