I always have a "Veggie-Lovers" mixed salad at dinner every evening. Other than that I don't think there are any vegetables that I eat every day. I usually eat 4 vegetables and 3 fruits every day though--just different ones each day.

I usually have 2 cups of salad (lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber) for lunch. And about 2 cups of mixed veg (carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, etc) for dinner. And a cup of potatoes with dinner too?

I have a cup of ww soup for lunch everyday. Cabbage, tomato, carrots, zucchini, green beans, onion and I can't remember what else. Then I have a serving of some other veg for dinner. Broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, beats, or whatever.
