Instead of Thursday's usual lunch with my buddies (pizza), we visited a different restaurant and I had salad and quiche. Probably not entirely healthy, but it SEEMED healthier!! LOL!!!

Just choose one small Healthy Habit and follow it only for today!

You may choose to work on one healthy habit for longer time or change anytime you wish.
We always do what works for us the best.

One positive change will lead to more and more positive changes.
