Congratulations on great challenge results.

Day 3 was harder to follow. I used 5 WPA and that's great. I'm trying to use all of my 35 weekly points allowance every week.

Please come with suggestions for short challenges that can help you on this journey to health.

Day 3 didn't feel like I was OP, although when I entered all of my food in the tracker I wasn't bad on my calories. It was what I ate that was bad. So I guess I was OP, but I don't feel like it.

Day 2 was easy and great because Weight Watchers meeting was today.
Day 3 (today) is the hardest one for me so I'm glad having this challenge.

I've lost today 1.4 pounds emoticon

Day 2 was ok - nothing great, but not "bad". I was a bit over on my calories, which came from snacking on cheese while cooking dinner. You'd think I would learn.

Day 1 OP, except for no healthy oil. I had almonds (can't count them as healthy oil, but it doesn't seem as bad). Otherwise, I did the other healthy 6 (just remembered, I forgot a vitamin.) and exercised, stayed in points (I do Flore, also.) Well, I thought I was OP.

I did well yesterday - I was within my calorie range (I'm not doing points), and drank all of my water. 1 day down, 2 to go!

I did good! Stayed on plan, made good choices! I was so busy at work and at home that I didn't get to exercise, though. But I'll make up for it!

I used my daily 22 points (Weight Watchers "Flore" plan).
I was on plan!
Only 2 more days left for the challenge!
