Since i have started to eat healthy i have a few foods that i really love! 1. Hummus with Vegie sticks- yummo 2. I love chicken salad 3. Biltong is my fav snack 4. I am also loving fruit salad at the moment since summer is approaching.

not exactly low calories here... but high protein and no bread/wheat (which is my main concern re:food)
i pound a chicken breast thin, then spread 2 tsp of pesto on top. i then top with some camembert cheese (amount varies depending on how much cheese i need to make me happy ) and then i bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 180. delicious and filling! plus something different to do with a chicken breast!
now its summer my favourite meal is chickpea salad - with lots of cucumber cut very small, tomato, peppers, etc and feta cheese (woolworths low fat one) and then lots of mint and lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. The mint makes it delicious and the chickpeas make it filling.
