I am feverishly getting my weekend work up to date so that I can enjoy the weekend away without worrying about getting back to an overload of housework.
I have also had to go shopping for foods to take with us because there are NO shops within an hours drive of where we are going.....but its going to be worth it.
I will do my best to eat healthily. Maybe the biggest motivator is that the friend I am going with is a tiny size 32.......and eats like a bird.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

1. Watch my anger today.
2. 8 glasses of water
3. Hiking with the children and dogs and maybe have a small picnic before we return...
4. Help the children with school work so we can go on holiday, hopefully we will finish today!!

Hahahaha Well done Celest, hmmmm I am wondering how it all went today with you.

Well I have done great
I have victory over my 8 classes of water.
I walk 2 times today. First walk was the normal walk and the second I went abit futher... So well done for me...
Watching my mouth, well that is easier said than done..

My plan for today is to CALM DOWN. Im so cross with the insurance company or rather the drunk driver that I will end up having a jolly stroke if I dont. Nothing is worth that.

So what I will do for today is :
Calm down.
Have a beer with my friend who's dog died last night.
Drown our sorrows lol.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

Atlast this day is over. I am so tired tonight.
Well I don't had a VERY good SP day, but I am feeling good and Happy tonight.
We had a good schoolday today.
6 glasses of water, I am ALMOST on 8, maybe tomorow.
Cycling - nope sorry did not get to it, but I went for a walk
I've changed my strengthing exercise, and I've done that.

The nice part was my devotions this morning. I had made the choice this morning and I must say I had a great day, even that I feel that flue is coming my way, I enjoyed everything I did today and that was so nice. The whole house's atmosphere changed. It's almost like the curtians was closed for sometime and somebody just open it.

Hahaha let me rather stop here - it was a great day..

I just love the devotions for this day, so first of all I going to get excited with everything I going to do today and delight in the Lord.

I going to help the kids with school, finish up so that we can go on holiday.
I going to try again for 8 glasses of water today.
I think I going to cycle today atleast 5min.
I going to start with strenghing exercise, but I going to modify it the way I can do it.

Well done Celest you've done more than I did today..
Sorry to hear of the mushroom poisoning. I am scared to death for any kind of food poisoning.
I did read alot today, going through my leaders forums and I finish one of my leaders challenges...
I am still busy drinking my water, I am on glass 5 now. Oh I totally forget how difficult it is for me to drink water.
I also planned to walk to my tree, well I did not. I only went to my "hek" but I made sure I walk fast and firm... Beter than nothing... emoticon
I also did not weigh ALL my food, like the few 'smarties' I am eating at the moment, but it's only a few... emoticon

Anyway, I am back to SP and it feels good. Day one is not a zero and also not a 100%. Tomorow it will go beter.

Im doing a bible ministery this month, and I plan to walk to the people I will see so that I get my exercise in as well. Healthy mind, healthy heart.
I walked 3.7km today...and happy also feeling very unfit since the mushroom poisoning. Still trying to recover. Im not quite 100% but maybe I never will be. LOL

Ok I am planning to get updated with everything on SP today. So alot of reading for me.
I going to drink my 8 glasses of water.
Track my food and weigh it.
I going to walk up to my tree, see if I still can... I am SO unfit.
I going to put a smile on my face and be friendly the whole day through.

Here we can plan our day. When you write down what you want to do for this day and you know the whole team is watching you, you will try harder to keep to your plans and not dissipoint the team.
