My third day on SparkPeople and I managed to do 40minutes worth of their exercise videos :)
Pilates is so addictive ! The fact that my legs shook when I laid back and stretched them told me right away that I am really mission areas of strength on my body.

Psyched to be on this site :)

60 minutes of pilates today that I am tracking. Don't track walking to the shops etc - my new focus, using my feet not my car as much as possible
