Hi. I have done 596 minutes of exercise this week. I have increased my exercise from 40 to 50 minutes of Zumba on a daily basis and I also am doing Strength training which I am averaging between 30 and 50 minutes a day as well. I find it easy to do the strength training in the evening when I am watching television. The Zumba I do in the morning before breakfast. I just need to find the energy to work on my abs as well as they really need work. Any advise or tips would be appreciated.
