Would you believe at the end of April this year. Just after the Easter Holidays. I couldn't anymore. I decided Christmas time last year, but took a few month to get my act together. I weighed in at a staggering 119.7kg's. I still can't believe it!!! :)

I can't tell you how fantastic I'm feeling. This morning I weighed in at 78.5 kg's! Woo Hoo!!! I sms'd the kids to tell them and Nicolle came back to say "Gee Mom, it's NEARLY 50 kgs! That's a whole person! My feet and my knees are sooooooooooo grateful! No wonder I couldn't move. I think of it as pockets of potatoes. You know they are 7 kg's. You pick one up and stagger to the trolley. Well, it''s 41.20kg's, making it 5.8 of those bags. It's a wonder my heart didn't stop! "
I found and joined Spark People in May of this year, by then I weighed 116kg's,

One thing I can say is that if I can do it, anyone can, lol.
I'd say DO it Celeste! YOU can!!! I will be having a staff luncheon on the 13th and then Christmas dinner. I've had a business luncheon, and then a supper. I ordered fillet and veg only. I haven't deviated other that that at all. It's now worth it. We work VERY hard at this.

Well done Jenny. Cant say I've done well myself. I'd love to blame all thats gone on around me, or the fatigue all the trouble left me with.....but I have to honestly admit, that the trouble didnt make me eat..that I did all by myself. Therefore, I am to blame.
Still.....if I dont manage the rest of this year, I am DEFINITELY going to hit the comeback trail as my new years resolution.
I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.
Let's track our kg's here. If you loose even 0.1kg tell us. It's +0.1kg for yourself. If you gain some, it's -0.1kg. For example: I lost 1kg this week, my total stands on 1 Next week if I loose 2kg my total will stand on 3 Next week I gain 0.5kg then my total will come down to 2.5
