Bumped into dining table yesterday - table won! Bruised knee so cancelled NIA and Ballroom Dance Lesson today

However -

60minutes walk up the hilly neighbourhood roads
60minutes garden / house / dance practice

I asked my PT to help me stretch it and then I had a slow walk and did some stretching myself. Feels a lot better today.

Second day at the gym so bear with me okay?

Treadmill - 20 minutes
Bums and tums class - 45 minutes
It would have been 60, but I got a sharp pain in my right hip socket and had to limp out of the class and home. So tomorrow, I'll do some gentle stretches at home and give the gym a day of rest. It's still hurting :(

Total minutes - 65 for the day woohoo!

Sunday - virtual rest day - walking and gardening - 60mins total
Monday - ditto - walking and household chores - 60 mins total

Tuesday - NIA class 60 minutes
meet old school friend visiting Cape Town from UK (started Primary school together in 1953!) for lunch at the V&A Waterfront - probably walking +/- 60 minutes from the hotel
Zumba Class - 60 minutes

Total - 180 minutes
(makes up for rest days!)

Yay!!!! Beautiful Table Mountain has been voted one of the New7 Wonders of the World!!!

We had to climb/walk up the Mountain to get above the lower cable station and find some peace to remember the fallen, contemplate whatever each worships and marvel at the beautiful scenery below

Saturday 12 November

60 mins Boxing
60 mins Aqua Aerobics

Some gardening, some walking and perhaps some dancing tonight at a Greek Restaurant with other lucky ticket-winners from 3 Dance studios

heard today that one of the gym ladies (did Boxing and BodyWorx sometimes with me) was killed in a motor accident on the way home from Yoga mid-day Monday :(

Usually I do 60minutes Aqua, morning, and 60 minutes Zumba evening on Tuesdays.
Today, though, I donated my face, legs and time to a beauty school for Exams - facial, mani and partial waxing.

So today is only 60 minutes Zumba :)
