I've gotten no exercise in today. I spent the morning taking my moms elder friend to look at flats. Then got home and watched my sister bath my dog (what a cheek lol) and now I have to make piles of pancakes. I have been given free tickets to go to the Melodrama in our town tonight, all the person wants me to do is make a 2L ice cream container full of cinamin and sugar pancakes. Better get going since its almost 4pm and I still want to bath and change.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

You're on......only one week left, but any minutes we can add will be better than none. So starting tomorrow morning promptly.

I just checked our weather....rain from tonight till Wed so I may be getting my fitness minutes in the wet...oh well...lucky I dont mind the rain AT ALL.
