Maybe Celeste has a good one to start off - eating clean for 3 days plus 8 glasses of water per day and 10 minute walks twice a day - could make a challenge to get back on track. Also finding something positive about ourselves, where we live and/or events of the day, each and every day. What about then adding in 10minutes per day - once or twice - of ST. Borrow an exercise or two from Jillian M or from Spark - no matter - throw it into the challenge to ramp it up

Some could be ongoing, permanent, daily/weekly report-ins others could be a one month or 6week challenge. I have had fun doing several - and communicating helped too

I am right in the middle of major house renovations, so time for me is limited right now. I've been without a kitchen during the remodeling and have fallen back into eating on the run, and its not been healthy food either. So I'd like a challenge of clean/healthy eating for 3 days in a row.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

alright everyone, it is DEFINITELY winter now. i don't know about everyone else, but my slippers are in full use, as are the space heaters and blankets. i find myself doing 90 minutes of zumba just because it keeps me warm!

i would love to have a winter challenge for this team. winter is usually a time of hibernation, when we resort to comfort food and want the extra weight to keep us warm. but it doesn't have to be! it can be a time of secret changes - muscles developing under layers of clothing, waiting to be revealed in the spring. that is my idea, anyway! emoticon emoticon

What kind of challenge would people prefer? I could do something once a week, or maybe post tasks that people can do each day. it is entirely up to you all what you think will be more feasible.
