Yes I have become really good at eyeballing! We also go to a certain restaurant all the time and I consume 1/2 the fish and the potato and bring home remaining fish and veggies. I then weigh the fish when I'm home, so I know it's always around 3-4 oz.

The portion control quiz SP has is good. from golf balls to a deck of cards. It helps.

That's not a bad thing. Does it make it harder to go out to eat? Or do you think you have become good at "eyeing it out"?

I am a bit obsessed with weighing emoticon but at least I really know how much I am eating rather than guessing.
