I went to the Y a few times for the Zumba and Spinning classes. I liked it but it was just too hard for me to get there by 5:30. I am doing a month with a personal trainer, that actually works at the Y too!
Having someone make sure my form is correct and having some of these exercises become ingrained in my mind will help me surge forward. I am so close to my goal, I want to get there already!!!
Are you a runner at all? I would love to run the trails at Big Foot Park or Grand Geneva.
