This is a great way to increase your fitness minutes. Challenge yourself to work out for at least 210 min per week. Record your daily minutes. This can include walking, running, jogging, ST, swimming, cleaning, raking leaves, dancing, etc. If you have done at least 210 min in a week, you get a goodie. Even if you don't earn a goodie, it keeps you accountable and challenges to work out more.
