Your challenge is to workout at least 210 min a week. If you reach or exceed the goal, you will receive a goodie for the week. Any exercise counts--walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling, dancing, strength training, cleaning, gardening, etc. Even if you don't reach your goal, it will help keep you accountable and increase your workout minutes.
