It's funny how easy it is to walk anywhere when we are younger. lol I do love walking now but count it as exercise and not transportation. emoticon

My calves are solid muscle. I tell granddaughter at OSU that those are Buckeye legs from crossing the campus so far. It's even worse today. What I used to think was far seems now close, since so much more is farther. emoticon

I know I need more muscle...especially in my arms and abs. My calves are solid muscle but that's it.
