I'll do better for the Rose Bowl! I don't have my gym membership anymore and it's too dark to get much walking in by the time I get home from work. I think I will look for the Leslie Sanson walking DVD everyone keeps talking about.

Subtract 1 more for me (sorry the cast drags me down) so we are saying it is down to 128 miles to go. We are almost to rte 30 west of Bucyrus. We will be halting our Fitness path to Mich. today when the game starts and will report how far we got. Big deal is we will be starting the Team fitness path to the Rose Bowl and have til Jan. 1. So hopefully we can make it all the way.

At game time tomorrow we'll stop this team "walk" and see how far we got on the map. Them we will immediately start the Team "walk,jog,run,bike,etc." to the Rose Bow. JBratchie figured the figures for us. Thanks!

I have walked 4-half hour sessions this week, not sure how to add up the miles? and... also add two more full hours of swimming laps for Thurs and Fri. whew!
I am swimming my laps very fast now, I am trying to get to Mich by kick off time! ;}

Another hour of non stop laps in the pool yesterday for our trip! Is that figure for both of my other hours? Woo Hoo! So I think that is 5 miles an hour right? I am glad someone can help me convert my exercise to miles for me to join in on our exciting trip! Thank~You so much for the help! They sure do count. Thanks for the laps. We'll count those as 10 miles. (If anyone else has data on lap distance let us know.)I did 1 mile for walk. Team is moving along. Team may have to "pretend pause" along the route and watch it on TV. Can I count the dogs miles who walk with me... But this challenge for fun and motivation to get the exercise in....so keep on movin' We're at 163.5.

Is this challenge over? or are we still walking till we get there? I don't know how to change swimming laps for an hour into miles??? If someone does... I did two hours of laps so far this week... do those count???
