Sweat Every Day. Workout for at least 10 minutes everyday .. this means walking on rest days. Rest day doesn't mean rest and be 100% lazy you can still do active rest. Or if your body really needs it rest and recover. I had to do that this week I had to take 1 full 100% rest day yesterday. The day before I walked 3.75 miles.
So ..... January ..... workout at least 10 minutes each day. I will be making a goal for this today for the team!
