Happy Fall everyone! So what are your goals this month! My goals this month are:

1. 10 chin ups
2. 1 pull up
3. 5 minute wall sit
4. 100 burpees in 5 minutes
5. 30 burpees w/ 15 lbs in 1 minute

What are your goals? Will you meet them by the end of the month? emoticon emoticon
