so I did 15 burpees in a minute last night.....working towards 20....maybe I can work on pikes next! ..well..in addition!

Mine is burpees and crunches ... and plank jacks ... and pikes ... all the hard ones but crunches. LOL. Already improving .... trying to get a record, well see how I am at the end of the month!

Interested in challenging yourself to a new level? Pushing until your muscles are screaming at you and burning? This is for those who want to push themselves and see how far they can go in 30 days.

Example: my goal ...

Burpees, push-ups, squats, crunches on ball, pikes, and v ups for instance.
I will track how many I do on day 1, track each time they come up in a workout, and by the end of the month see how big of a difference I made.
