No, really! I came up with this recipe a while back and it's really super healthy, I just need to get out to the store today to get what I need to make it. Thought I'd share the recipe, such as it is, in case anyone else wanted to try it.
1 bag of broccoli slaw
3/4 c Red Wine Vinegar (or your favorite vinegar)
6 packets (or to taste) splenda
mix the vinegar and splenda well, taste to see if it's the right sweetness level for you
pour the dressing over the slaw, mix well & cover
You can eat it in about an hour, but it's best to refridgerate overnight. It'll last for about 3 days before getting too soggy.
