June 29, 2011 Logged my food today: Yes, and stayed within my calorie and nutrition ranges (even though I ate out at lunch and dinner) YAY! Drank at least 64 oz water: Yes Moved for at least 30 minutes: Yes Planned my meals and snacks for tomorrow: Yes
What I'm grateful for today: I am grateful for my Girl Scout troop of 6 10th graders. Yes, I'm thankful for a group of 15-year-olds! I love spending time with them! We worked at the food bank today.......they make me very proud!
