Does trying to stop flooding in basement by using a wet vac and putting towels down and running up and down the stairs to get more and then washing a wall that hasn't seen the light of day for 40 years (getting new stove old was removed today boy was it disgusting) i washed walls for over and hour. my arms are tired. My back is sore from the water. I almost could go swimming (hehehehe) I also had to move my treadmill out of the line of water. I got some help with that but treadmill are very heavy. So I am pretty sure i got off my butt today. I am sweating right now.

This challenge is about moving your butt! LOL Do some kind of exercise, doesn't matter what, but something for a solid 15 minutes. It can be strength training, walking, aerobics, biking, doesn't matter. You pick the exercise, do at least 15 minutes and post here what you did and for how long!!
