Dánae, I'm in the same position as you of still wanting to lose and training (6 weeks to the half!) But I was having the same problems with being hungry. Running takes a LOT of energy and I found I couldn't eat at the low end of my range and be able to function. So bump it up! Fruit and veggies, give your brain some fuel! And don't stress about the scale. Unless you're eating twinkies you're not going to add inches while training like you are. :)

Ditto the previous posters, you are not eating enough and probably need to up your carbs too.
At this point, due to the increase in training and more running your diet needs are different to that of "weight loss". I would just use the scale as a guide BUT don't let it rule your life. Fitness and health are what's important.
I actually put on 10 pounds since my first half marathon last September BUT my size/inches did not change, I look much healthier for it too!
So please do not be afraid if you do put a little on, but make sure you are eating enough to fuel all that running/exercise and your cycle should also return to normal.

that is a very low range! I would up it as well. If you are really needing to lose, then redo your weight loss suggestions and goals to reflect your current weight and your goal, and your activity level, on your Start page and your fitness tracker. I would go for the high end of everything if you are having cravings...you clearly need more food! The irregularity too means you are not eating enough and doing too much.
Hi team, First of all I am so grateful for this team. Over a month ago I started training for my very first 10k.
I did 2 5k at the end of last year and did not train for them since I was working out hard..so I thought. I have read about different posts about nutrition but I still have questions.
Before I started training (running 3 times a week, tempo, interval and long run, step class and strength training) I was doing really good with my food. I was not hungry and I was losing weight.
Since the training I am hungry!!! I crave chocolate like crazy...and I am late 10 days for my period first time in 7 years, is that normal? No, I am not pregnant ;-p I am really regular every 28 days.
I eat between 1350 and 1380 calories, eat a lot of protein..sometimes a little more than suggested and for carbs maybe on the low range 140-150.
I am hungry, tired. I just need to know if this has happen to others and if it has then it will pass, right? I am just afraid to gain weight and I feel that I want to be as far as I can from chocolate....but I can't lol thank you all for your help.
