I definitely track my refueling calories so I get an accurate calorie in calorie out readings. I make sure I plug in my fitness number also.

I track my refueling in its own category. I think it's important to see if you are refueling with enough calories during your runs.

When I was tracking I would track my running calories. During really long runs that can be a few hundred easy.

I drank about 120 calories worth of Gatorade today on a long run. While I was out, I realized I never track my fueling calories. Do you?
