I have the compression sleeves for my calf muscles... they work great. I would think that it would work the same on other muscles - but I"m no expert so it's just an opinion. The compression tights might be a good idea - then you don't have the extra layer.

I am battling a pulled hamstring now and I have been looking for the same thing. I thought maybe I should buy a pair of compression tights. Let us know if you have found anything out.

I was under the impression that thigh sleeves were more for keeping your thigh flab from flapping around too much, thus reducing fatigue. Not sure if it does anything for tightness.

Has anyone used a compression thigh sleeve? I was looking online for compression socks and the website had thigh sleeves as well. I tend to suffer from overly tight hammies and wondered if anyone had success with a thigh sleeve.
