did 2 x 10 with a band the other day. now, to repeat the experience!
For me, this is 10 banded on the medium band. (Right now I can do three on the large band)
do 10 of the next hardest level of pull-ups from what you're doing
ie nothing to 10 ring rows,
10 ring rows to 10 banded, progress through bands, kipping, etc.
