Burpee Ladder Challenge!!!
We are starting a bit late so there is a buy in, on whatever day you begin, you'll need to do however many burpees have elapsed.
You will do the number that the date is so today is the 8th so we will do 8 burpees, but we have a buy in of 28 from the 1-7th.
The later you start, the worse it is...
NOTE: Because I started the challenge late, if you happened to have done burpees during WODs this month and posted them they will count toward your buy in, they cannot count toward your days though, just the buy in. However, if you have burpees in a WOD, those can count toward that days total, but extra burpees do not carry over.
