I am a work in progress :-P What a great idea; headed to a handstand by August 1st. HSPU here we come! I am about 1/3 there LOL I can do unassisted pullups, but still have not managed to kip... go figure. Let's not go into the PU, MU or even DU issues hahahahahaha. Good luck to everyone- let the games begin :-)

I'm dying to get a pullup too! I just dropped to the 30# band which was difficult, but I think it's doable and I need to strengthen my lats :/ but I haven't found the best movement for that. Here's hoping!

One unassisted pullup would be HUGE for me!

My goal is to be able to do handstand pushups and at least 2 pullups.

My challenge for the month of July is to be able to kick into handstand by myself, without a spotter, by August 1, 2012. Currently I cannot kick into a handstand, mostly due to a mental block. I just HATE the feeling of being upside down... I will keep you posted on my progress!
P.S. Anyone wants to join my challenge? Do you have any exercise you want to improve this month?
