Hey Ladies!

I would like to introduce a new forum called monthly challenges. Each month I will post a new challenge and explain them in the first post.

Junes monthly challenge is a push up challenge. As soon as possible, time yourself and see how many push ups you can do in one minute. Make sure you are doing good quality pushups. chest barely hits the deck and elbows are not flailing out too much but as close as you can to your sides. If you are doing modified pushups, make sure your butt is not sticking out and your back, legs, and butt are flat.

Post the number of push ups you can do in one minute so you don't forget and then practice everyday trying to do two more each day. Give yourself a rest day if needed or if you are doing pushups in a WOD.

Then, sometime before June 30th, preferably a day or two before, do as many pushups as you can in one minute. Then post the number of pushups you did in one minute at the start of the challenge and the number of pushups you just did in one minute.

Last day to post your results is JUNE 30th. Good Luck!
