18/24 - the ones I missed were mostly things I don't eat, like edamame or sushi.
I'm guessing the point of including donuts and whoppers is to show just how little of those foods you'd have to eat to only be eating 100 calories, making them essentially impractical as healthy snacks. Similar to the "Eat This, Not That" books.

And I totally agree with you. A bunch of those are NOT healthy snacks. Doughnuts, Pizza and Whoppers?!
