So...at day 18, I've had one day with my calories in range.
I feel like I am completely falling apart. I haven't done any exercise in almost a month. I'm not eating what I should and the calories & carbs are way to high. It's been hectic the past few weeks and I keep saying that as soon as I've got a normal schedule, the old routine will come back. More than halfway through November & its not looking good.
