So...at day 18, I've had one day with my calories in range. emoticon

I feel like I am completely falling apart. I haven't done any exercise in almost a month. I'm not eating what I should and the calories & carbs are way to high.
It's been hectic the past few weeks and I keep saying that as soon as I've got a normal schedule, the old routine will come back. More than halfway through November & its not looking good.

I was way to low yesterday despite eating out all day. I ate two huge salads that I really thought had more calories in them but ended up not being enough for me.

Well, over by 50 calories today, that is an improvement.
But I've only had one day, out of 14 that I've stayed in range.

I'm wishing I wasn't tracking! Thought I did OK today, but once I tracked everything, I was over by 500+ calories.

Thought this challenge would help me get on track, but I'm just a disaster. emoticon
