morning routine
stripped the bedding
washed a load of laundry
filled out info for a police check
remade the bed with clean sheets and pillow cases

Yesterday:
unplugged freezer
took food out of upright freezer
put food into two coolers
put pails into freezer to catch the defrosted ice build up
placed towels on floor around the freezer to mop up the water
(Big job - old freezer that doesn't seal properly so lots of frosted ice - a new freezer is being delivered on Wed.)

-woke up from a night sleep shift and did the ladies morning routine stuff before leaving work
-drove around trying to find a co-workers home
-gave a coworker and her son a ride to school on this rainy day
-drove home in the rain
-ate breakfast then tried to get more rest but received a phone call from a friend so had some chit chat time

holiday today - slept in, breakfast, morning routine, returned call to a friend, friend came over and I showed her my pictures from our Ireland trip

- not a very challenging day for me, will see what I can do tomorrow!

5 Impossible Things Before Lunch

Get 5 things done, before lunchtime, that you ordinarly would have thought to be impossible.
Some easy examples might be:
* A healthy breakfast
* Exercise
* Grocery shopping
* Any work related goal...
* A SparkPeople activity (posting a blog, huddling etc...)
* Weigh in

I'm a big procrastinator, so I'm really going to have to apply myself. But for those who are organizational marvels, this might not be very challenging. I hope you'll post anyways, as motivation for those of us who are a little slower out of the gate.

The best part is: The sky is the limit, anything counts. Looking forward to reading everyones accomplishments!
