Some things I have done on other groups is:
1. Keeping track of how many miles we walked. Usually a destination is set for example New York to Los Angeles.
2. Exercising off our favorite fattening foods. The person who set up the challenge made a list of different high calorie foods that were snacks and meals. As we burn calories we erase the foods on the list.
3. I have seen a challenge on seeing how much weight is lost during the month. I am not a big fan of this one. Even though I need to loose weight I rather be focused on being healthy.
