Today's challenge is going to be of a different form. Today's challenge is to eat a salad whether for lunch or dinner. You choose! Salad you can get creative add some dark leaves lettuce, chopped up some spinach mixed it all up, add some bell peppers, onions, carrots, cabbage. You can throw 1 hard-boiled egg, you can throw some turkey bacon, or a grilled chicken or fish. Replace salad dressing for olive oil and balsamic vinegar, throw some garlic in the olive oil to make it more tasty..... You can also add strawberries, apples to your salads, even almonds... There are so many ways you can make yourself a salad according to your likings. Just make sure they are healthy choices full of fiber and nutrients. Try to AVOID salad dressing. and to drink a BIG TALL GLASS OF ICY WATER with some lemon wedges.
So bottom line. Today's challenge is to.............
EAT A HEALTHY SALAD accompanied by a BIG TALL GLASS OF ICY WATER.
