I probably did this many when I went to a Zumba class tonight - there were 4 different teachers showing us some moves. I know I shall be sore tomorrow too!

to do 100 over your head claps. Bring hand to the side and than lift up all the way up over your head and clap and back down. Kind of like you're flying and those are your wings.
