HELLO TEAM,

TODAY'S DAILY CHALLENGE IS.....................

1. 50 TOUCH TOUCHES (Opposites- right hand touches left toes and vice versa)
2. 50 UPPER HAND CLAPPING (Extend arms out to the sides with palms facing up and than bring together over your head with a loud clap) UP AND DOWN
YES YOU CAN!

Remember team this is just something extra a side from your daily exercise. These challenges are not to replace your BREAK A SWEAT daily routine.



Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
