I weighed in at 206.8lbs. That is a .4lb weight loss. With it being Thanksgiving, Date Night with Hubby and Baking Party of 5 different cookies with our daughters, I am happy with the weight loss.
I hope everyone had a great week celebrating Thanksgiving with family and friends.

Congratulations ladies on your weigh loss achieved so far. YOU CAN DO THIS!
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal: *Drink my water daily *30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

another lb lost. now at 207.2. Looking forward seeing the dietitian and seeing how much weight loss has been accomplished on her scale. :)

Weight was down today but I'm not back at my lowest yet. I was measured today too and am down 1.5 inches.

I am celebrating loosing 2 lbs this week. Found funny. I am using myfitnesspal.com with the dietician I am seeing. She changed my weight based on her scale and so I feel I shouldn't mess putting in my weight at home since it will just go up based on her scale. Today myfitnesspal told me I would weigh 209 lbs in 5 weeks based on last current weight and the food I put in. I am already at 209! Can't wait to see the dietician the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. :)

Minding my "P's and Q's" while in Kansas visiting my grandkids. Not easy. Have NO clue what my weight might be when I get home tomorrow. Hopefully a celebration! I really do NOT expect to show a loss! BUT, hope springs eternal!!!
