wow, only forty toe touches has my hamstrings a hurtin. Just completed the other 60 of each exercise today. Wow!

Well, I am playing catch up. It is Saturday so i think I will shoot for 100 of each today and then do the other set of 50 tomorrow. :)

Hello Team!

Today's Challenge and Saturday and Sunday's too is to do 50 crunches/sit-ups, 50 toe touches (spread legs and touch left toes with right hand and vice versa), 50 push-ups (regular or wall). Do them every day! Spread them out or do them at once. You can do this!
